Years 4, 5 & 6

In Years 4, 5 & 6 we looked at different yoga poses and the benefits of each. We then sequenced these moves, even incorporating some of our own invention, to create an instructional video of them. Our videos had to contain the same number of moves as our age. Why don't you try them out?
