Uniform Information

Uniform

School uniform is compulsory for children from Reception to Year 6.  It consists of a blue sweatshirt or cardigan, a white polo shirt and grey or black trousers or skirt/dress. 

Most parents of children in the Nursery also opt to wear uniform.  Early Years and Infant children also wear their PE pumps as soft indoor shoes during the day, and should bring wellies in if possible.

 

P.E. kit: 

Shorts, T-shirt, black pumps or trainers.   For outside work, a tracksuit or warm top is recommended.   A named PE bag for each child is advisable.  No jewellery to be worn and long hair should be tied back.   All PE kit to be left at school to ensure it is available for lessons at any time.

Swimming Kit:  Swimming costume (not bikini)

r swimming shorts/trunks and a towel, to be placed in a named bag for each child.  No jewellery to be worn and long hair should be tied back or swimming cap worn.

All clothing should be marked with waterproof ink.

Jewellery must not be worn.  This is to comply with County Council Health and Safety procedures.  Small earring studs may be worn, but children must be able to take them out for PE/Swimming lessons.

Nail varnish should not be worn.

Black/grey trousers, skirts or dresses (gingham summer dresses also accaptable)
